Eduardo
Serra Rexach (Spain)
Eduardo Serra Rexach, former Minister of Defense, has served since 2000 as President of the Royal Board of Trustees of the Museo Nacional del Prado in Madrid. Eduardo Serra is President of UBS Warburg Espaņa, and was, until 2005, President of the Real Instituto Elcano, an independent, private foundation established in Madrid in 2001 to study international developments from a Spanish perspective. From 1977 to 2000, he held a wide range of positions in the Ministry of Industry and Energy, the Foundation for Help against Drug Addiction, and several private businesses.
