NYU Center for Dialogues Founder and Director Mustapha Tlili participated in the Third Forum of the United Nations Alliance of Civilizations, “Bridging Cultures, Building Peace,” in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, May 27–29, 2010. He made a presentation on the role of history in shaping foreign policy and international peace and security.
